All is quiet
4.5.0
What does 4.5.0 mean?
4.5.0 is a signal.
In military communication it means:
β€œAll is quiet.”
For a soldier it is the moment when the noise stops and the mission is over.
For us it carries a deeper meaning.
It is the moment when a soldier returns from war and begins a new life.
The 4.5.0 Foundation was created to support Ukrainian veterans in this transition β€” helping them build businesses, farms, workshops, technology projects and connect with each other.
A future built through work, independence and opportunity.

Veteran-led workshops can quickly grow into stable employers in their communities.

About our foundation
4.5.0 Foundation is a project of the Spark Association β€” a humanitarian organization that has been delivering aid to Ukraine for over four years. During this time, we have helped thousands of people by providing essential supplies such as medicine, clothing, food, and other critical materials.

Our work extends beyond humanitarian relief. We have delivered more than 50 vehicles to frontline areas, including ATVs and electric motorbikes, directly supporting soldiers where mobility is crucial.

In recent months, one of our most impactful efforts has been the delivery of hundreds of drones, made possible through collaboration with partner foundations. These drones play a vital role in saving lives and improving operational safety.

Our commitment is deeply personal. The founder of our association travels to Ukraine every month to personally deliver aid and ensure it reaches those who need it most. She has also helped several individuals safely evacuate from dangerous areas.
